This English version is provided for convenience only. The Italian version is the sole legally binding text under Italian consumer law.

1. Provider information

The TipOS service (hereinafter the "Service") is provided by Led-Web, with registered office in Pradamano, Udine, Italy, contact email info@led-web.net (hereinafter the "Provider" or "we").

2. Subject and nature of the service

TipOS is a bankroll tracking and analytics SaaS tool for private bettors and tipsters. The Service lets users log their bets, manage virtual wallets mirroring bookmaker accounts, import slips via AI scanning and view personal analytics.

TipOS is not a gambling operator, is not licensed by ADM (formerly AAMS), does not collect or place bets, does not hold user funds, does not pay out winnings and does not organise any form of gambling. All bets are placed by the user, at their own responsibility, with third-party licensed operators.

3. Acceptance

Registering to the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

4. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal capacity under Italian law.
• Provide true, accurate and up-to-date registration data.
• Do not use the Service in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited.

5. Account, security and acceptable use

The user is solely responsible for their credentials and for every activity carried out through their account. It is forbidden to:

• Transfer the account to third parties or share credentials;
• Perform reverse engineering, mass scraping or intrusion attempts;
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, money-laundering or unauthorised gambling activities;
• Upload unlawful, defamatory or third-party rights infringing content.

6. Subscriptions, pricing and billing

The Service is offered as freemium with a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are in Euro, VAT included for Italian consumers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified third parties; TipOS does not store full card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically for a period equal to the one selected, unless cancelled from the account panel before renewal.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under arts. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. When buying a paid plan the user may request immediate delivery of the digital Service: in that case they expressly consent to the start of performance and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully supplied (art. 59(1)(o) Consumer Code).

8. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights on the Service, on the TipOS trademark and on the contents remain with the Provider.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available as continuously as possible. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, force majeure or third-party provider failures.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from bets placed with third-party operators;
• Betting decisions taken by the user based on the analytics generated;
• AI slip reading errors (the user must verify the data);
• Temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of third-party services (bookmakers, payment processors, etc.).

The Provider remains liable for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Responsible gambling

Gambling is forbidden to minors under 18 and may cause pathological addiction. If you think you have a gambling problem, contact the Italian helpline 800 558822 or consult the Italian Ministry of Health resources.

12. Account suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice where possible. The user can close their account at any time from the settings panel or by writing to support@tipos.pro.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 15 days notice for substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the exclusive jurisdiction is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. For disputes with professional users, the court of Udine shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Consumers can access the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
